How He loves us. Love is a word so downplayed in today’s culture, that many of us have lost the meaning. God loves us so much He created us to be like Him and even when we walked away in the garden, He welcomed us back and called us son. God shows His love by teaching us. God shows His love by chastening. God shows His love by blessing. God is everlasting, He is the creator of all things. He made the soft grass to cuddle our toes and He made the snow to soften our fall. He made the cold to rosy our cheeks and He made the warmth to comfort us in His embrace. He made the trees to shelter our storm and He made to wind to guide us home. God is my lighthouse in the dark and from Him I will never depart. God has blessed me abundantly today and I want to tell the whole world of His love. Give someone a hug today and tell them about God’s love.

This wacky weather season that New York has been experiencing is really starting to mess with me. I was walking through the woods today and stumbled upon my radish garden to discover that there were radishes still growing!!! Now I couldn’t let these wonderful veggies go to waste, so I picked as many as I can carry and now I don’t know what to do with them!! I guess there could be worse problems to have…..
